Implementing the MillerKnoll Performance System (MKPS) into our process is what differentiates Intereum installations from others. With MKPS and our kitting process, you’re saving both time and money. We receive product, remove the trash, and group items, so when product arrives on site our team installs it in an efficient and strategic manner.

Intereum is one of the few furniture dealerships that has a dedicated in-house team of factory-trained installation professionals who take care of all the details⏤delivering and installing your solutions on time and on budget. Our Project Management team works directly with the client and installers to ensure that the client’s vision translates into the finished product.

In-house Service + Warranty

Intereum has 3 full-time technicians that are specialists in repairing, servicing, and touching up furniture and equipment. We stock many of the most common replacement parts to provide a same-day fix. And to maintain the long-term value of your investment, we’re able to refurbish products to like-new condition and can match them to new furnishings.

Storage + Warehousing

You have a significant investment in your assets and inventory, so when your product is stored, it needs to be managed and protected. We assist organizations to improve asset utilization and avoid costs by:

  • Analyzing assets to eliminate obsolete inventory and reduce storage costs
  • Managing the asset levels to address churn, so reconfigurations can be executed more efficiently
  • Reducing cycle time from order to delivery and facilitating complete, on-time, and error-free installation
  • Simplifying the tracking process

In-House Custom Shop

We staff a team of experienced craftsmen to modify and refurbish existing assets, repair fine wood furniture, and manufacture custom products according to your specifications. To facilitate a quick turnaround of custom products, Intereum has invested in an environmentally friendly 3,000 square foot manufacturing shop. The shop has nearly endless capabilities to paint, cut, sand, join, and create custom products to meet specific customer needs that either aren’t available via standard manufacturer or are prohibited due to lead time or cost.
