Over the past two years, the Intereum & MillerKnoll team has been committed to the overall vision, budget, and schedule of the Northstar Repositioning project. We are grateful to have close relationships with JLL and RSP locally in Minneapolis, which have entrusted us with the programming and high-level budgeting for this project.
Our portfolio of work includes great showcases of how we have implemented successful repositioning projects. Ultimately, these projects are complex. They require strenuous management of big and small details, vendor tracking and consolidation, and a methodology that ensures we stay on time and within budget.
We have priced the specifications provided and were thoughtful in ensuring our pricing matched the imagery within the package. We have also provided some cost-saving alternatives that were carefully considered within the MillerKnoll collective of brands.

Through programming and the use of Scout Project Builder, we have the capability to foster two-way, interactive communication with clients to analyze solutions, specifications, and pricing with a deeper dive. Final design and product selections can quickly be reviewed and approved on this cloud-based program. The other benefit of leveraging this tool is that it creates an organized and central location for even more detailed information with cleaning + care, warranty, product literature, training, and adjustment information to aid in facilities management post-purchase.

With our 100,000 sq ft attached warehouse, we can provide storage and inventory for any, and all product needs. While accommodating the project schedule, Intereum will provide 30 days of warehouse services at no charge to the client.

We are available to help with styling, building artwork and building accessories. Intereum curated accessories are locally sourced and tailored to your space. We look for pieces that bring life to the space while enhancing the brand of your company.
Intereum has partnered with Bound Collaborative to provide accessory services that bring people together, not only by curating welcoming, intriguing spaces but by sourcing locally. We look for fair trade and ethically made products and purchase from women-owned, BIPOC owned and Certified B corporations.
Bound Collaborative will work in parallel to propose, select, procure, and install accessories for Northstar Center West Repositioning Project.
The fees for accessory services will be 10-15% of the overall accessories budget. The exact percentage will take into account the type, locations, and quantities of accessories in conjunction with the budget and will be determined upon team selection.
To streamline processes for the owner, invoicing and billing will be provided through Intereum.
